Christian leads i³ and founded the group to showcase more intersectionality across the queer founder community. He coined the term “intersectional incredibles” to describe the resiliency and creativity of these entrepreneurs.

He consults, coaches, and invest with radical founders, bold funders, and progressive organisations building for systems change.

Marcus McDowell

Marcus is our Europe ambassador and leads brand, design, marketing, communications, digital, and media for i³ investing and our (un)conference, iiF.

He consults industry-leading tech brands on social innovation and high-impact activations. He works as an expert in residence with startups on full-stack creative, project operations, and impact-driven ecosystem building.​

Xann Schwinn

Xann is our (un)conference Executive Producer. She leads on logistics, remaining human-centred, and building systems that empower founders and communities to thrive.

Impact-obsessed and always action-oriented,

Xann is also a music HealthTech founder, transforming singing into mechanism for measurably better health.

Fatima

Fatima is our Community Ambassador. She leads on all things community management, founder experience, and partnerships.

Fatima is also a founder in HealthTech, building for greater intersectionality in mental health.
